We're building a new way to work inside Lumae: Pipeline View. It's a dedicated workspace for each client file that keeps your documents, key loan details, and chat in one place—so you can move faster without losing context.
Pipeline is still in active development, and we're rolling it out carefully. Here's what you can expect.
A Workspace For Each Application
Pipeline starts with a clean left sidebar for your client list—search, select, and jump between active files quickly. Creating a new file is intentionally lightweight:
- Enter Manually with a guided intake wizard (basic info → borrower details → optional co-borrower)
- Or Upload a 1003 to get started faster
Each application gets its own workspace and chat session, so conversations stay tied to the right file.
Live KPIs At The Top
Across the top of the workspace, Pipeline surfaces the numbers you reach for constantly—with quick edit access when you need to refine them:
- Loan Amount
- LTV
- Rate
- DTI
- Funds to Close
- Monthly Payment
No hunting through messages to find what the file currently looks like.
Documents, With Explicit "In Context" Control
Pipeline's Documents area is designed around one question: what should the chat be grounded on right now?
You can mark documents as In Context for direct chat grounding, while keeping other uploads available as reference-only. The documents workspace also includes:
- Drag-and-drop upload
- Sorting and filtering (including "Has Updates" and "Needs Review")
- Deep Search that scans extracted text (PDF/DOCX/etc), not just filenames
- A document inspector to preview summaries and actions
Document Insights You Can Apply (Or Ignore)
When Pipeline finds relevant fields inside a document, it prepares suggested updates for the file.
Inside Document Insights, you'll see:
- A clear Before → After view
- The Why behind the suggestion
- The Evidence (so you can verify)
- One-click Apply or Ignore
And because file work is iterative, Pipeline also supports Undo / Redo for applied updates.
Truth Graph: Reconcile Fields Across Documents
One of the hardest parts of structuring a file is resolving conflicting information across documents.
Pipeline introduces a Truth Graph view that reconciles high-confidence fields across documents, highlights conflicts, and separates:
- Safe updates you can apply confidently
- Updates that need review
- Conflicting values that require a decision
A Toolbox Built For Real Workflow
On the right side of Pipeline, a dedicated toolbox keeps your most-used workflows one click away:
- Documents
- Loan Details (structure & DTI)
- DTI Calculator
- Income Calculator (variable income)
- Mortgage Calculator
- Cost of Waiting
- Quick Analysis
The goal is simple: fewer tabs, fewer copy/pastes, fewer "where did that number come from?" moments.
When Can I Try It?
Pipeline View is coming soon. We'll start by enabling it for a small group of beta users and expand from there as we harden the experience.
